Do you supply the wallpaper or do I bring my own?
Either works. Most clients have us source it — we get trade pricing from 60+ brands and we order with the right dye lots and overage built in. If you've already bought your paper, we'll happily hang it. We'll just want to check the rolls first.
How long does a typical installation take?
A powder room or accent wall is usually half a day. A standard dining room or bedroom is one full day. Bigger rooms with stairwells, vaulted ceilings, or heavy patterns sometimes spill into a second day. We'll tell you up front when we quote.
Can you remove my old wallpaper?
Yes — removal is part of what we do. Older paper sometimes comes off in twenty minutes; sometimes it's a multi-hour scoring-and-steaming job. We assess it at the consult and price it transparently, separate from the install.
Peel-and-stick or traditional — which should I choose?
Peel-and-stick is great for renters, kids' rooms, and quick refreshes — it removes cleanly. Traditional paper has more depth, more pattern selection, and lasts decades. We'll walk you through both at the consult and recommend based on the room, the wall surface, and how long you want it up.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For most installs we're booking 1–3 weeks out. Spring (March–May) and pre-holiday (Sept–Nov) are busier — book earlier if you have a date in mind. Urgent jobs, just call: we keep a small buffer for emergencies.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes — boutiques, restaurants, offices, hotel rooms. We work after-hours and weekends so you don't lose business days. Trade pricing for designers and architects, and we'll coordinate with your GC.
What's your warranty?
One year of workmanship warranty on every install — if a seam lifts, a corner peels, or anything we did fails, we come back and fix it on us. The paper itself carries the manufacturer's warranty separately.
